How do I return an item?
Simply call us on 0116 288 8085 or email us support@thegamerschoice.net explaining the reason for return, and we will advise you on what to do next.
To give you a few pointers on how we manage our returns, here are some simple and easy to follow guidelines
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund the cost of the item and any postage and packing. The item(s) must be returned within 15 days of purchase. This does not include damage caused by improper use and removal. Always read and make certain all users of the product read the instructions before use.
Goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. The item(s) must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.
Refunds, replacement and exchanges:
Refunds For items that are defective or faulty and sent back to The Gamers Choice within 15 days or are the result of a Change of Heart and are sent back to The Gamers Choice within 15 days, will be processed with a refund, return or exchange within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s) by The Gamers Choice. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.
Please note that item(s) returned to us that are not due to our error will have the return shipping costs deducted from the refund.
Please also note, in all instances The Gamers Choice shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery
For stock items we aim to dispatch your order the next working day after we receive it. If in stock please allow 7 days for the order to arrive. We will let you know if there will be a delay, offering either to keep your goods on order or refund to you.
Please note:
For Rest of World, local import duties may be payable upon receipt. International delivery times vary depending on destination.
Complaints Procedure
The Gamers Choice takes its relationships with customers very seriously, and we expend a great deal of effort ensuring that we keep you happy. We aim to reply to emails within one working day of receipt, whether they're enquiries or complaints. If e-mail is too impersonal, we encourage you to phone us on 0116 288 8085, where our customer support team will gladly be of assistance. All your feedback is appreciated, although we prefer good news!
Stock Availability
We cannot always ensure permanent availability of all items, although we try our hardest. If something is out of stock we will do our very best to get it to you as soon as we can or if the delivery time is too long, we will let you know and you will have the choice as to what to do with your order.

How can you return "Dead On Arrival" goods or "Faulty items" to overseas suppliers without incurring expensive postage ?
Read THEIR adverts, if items go astray in the post, it's YOUR responsibility not theirs !

All of our items are stocked locally in the UK for peace of mind and swift delivery.
Overseas prices may look attractive first hand, but please consider the VAT & Duty to be added on import and the consequences when it all goes wrong. (especially if they suggest marking the package as a gift)
All our items are fully insured when posted. If an item gets lost, we make the claim, NOT YOU !
